At Strength Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
