What is the weight capacity of your power racks?
Our home-gym series racks are rated for up to 700 lbs, while our commercial-grade elite racks are tested to withstand over 1,500 lbs of static weight.
How much does shipping cost for heavy equipment?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. We offer flat-rate freight shipping for large items like barbells, plates, and racks to ensure the best value.
Can I return a barbell if I have already used it?
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on equipment in its original, unused condition within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your weight plates fit standard or Olympic bars?
All Strength Shop weight plates are designed with a 2-inch (50mm) center hole to fit standard Olympic-sized barbells.
How do I maintain my raw steel or zinc-coated barbell?
We recommend wiping down your bar with a 3-in-1 oil and a stiff nylon brush once a week to prevent oxidation and keep the knurling clean from chalk and sweat.
Do you offer professional installation for home gyms?
While our equipment is designed for easy assembly with included manuals, we partner with third-party assembly services in select regions. Please contact support for a quote.
